    On Proposed 2016-2017 Budget

     

    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday,    June 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., at Mayville High School, 6250 Fulton St., Mayville, Michigan, the Board of Education of Mayville Community Schools will hold a public hearing to consider the District’s proposed 2016-2017 budget. 

     

                The Board may not adopt its proposed 2016-2017 budget until after the public hearing.   A Special Meeting will take place upon conclusion of the Budget Hearing for subsequent budget adoption and amendments, as well as to enter into closed session for purposes of negotiation discussion.

     

    A copy of the proposed 2016-2017 budget including the proposed property tax millage rate is available for public inspection during normal business hours at 6250 Fulton St., Mayville, Michigan.

     

                A proposed increase in the property tax millage rate to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.

     

                This notice is given by order of the Board of Education.
